Cart32 has a feature which allows your customers to enter in their order information and receive a status update on their order. The order status page asks for the order number, email address, and phone number which were used during checkout. Once entered, the customer receives a list of the items ordered and the status of the order.|
The great part is that these statuses are controlled by you, the client, in your Cart32 Administration. When you receive a new order its status is set to In Process (or whatever else you may have changed the default to). When you change the status of the order inside Cart32 on the Orders --> Show Orders (Secure) tab, that update is reflected to the customer when they use the Order Status feature of Cart32.
Below we show how you set up an order status link for your customers to follow. In our examples we will assume the cart is hosted at http://www.Cart32.com/cgi-bin/cart32.exe and that the client code is TEST.
