Error Method '~' of object '~' failed using CyberCash 3
If you receive this error it usually means the path you have for the merchant configuration file in Cart32 is incorrect. To check this path follow these steps:
Log into your Cart32 Administration
Navigate to the Enterprise --> Real Time Card Processing tab
Verify that the filepath entered into the Merchant Config File field is correct. The filepath must include the file name. Example: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\yourwebsite\merchant_conf
(Note: If you are confident the filepath is correct, it may be a permissions issue on the merchant configuration file. Check your permissions on the merchant configuration file and be sure the proper IUSR has change/modify permissions on it)
