Runtime Error 13 (Addins Only)

NOTE: This article only applies to the Error 13 code returned by the Form Wizard, FrontPage, and Dreamweaver Add ins for Cart32, not the Cart32 program itself!
This run-time error is rare, but received by some clients, typically with older computers or strict security programs. What happens is the add in needs to write some registry values and is either unable to write them, or they exist and the add in is unable to read/modify them. Here are some steps to follow which should resolve this error:

What happens is the add in needs to write some registry values and is either unable to write them, or they exist and the add in is unable to read/modify them. Here are some steps to follow which should resolve this error:
- Open your registry editor. Go to Start --> Run and type "regedit" (without the quotes). Click the OK
- Navigate the registry tree to HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> VB and VBA Program Settings.
- Delete the registry folder called Cart32 underneath it by right-clicking it and selecting delete.
- Reboot your computer.
- Open your program and try using the add in again. It should be functional now.
