Frequently Asked Question
Error 3265 - Item Cannot Be Found In The Collection Corresponding To The Requested Name Or Ordinal
Last Updated 5 years ago
This error means that an object was requested from the database that does not exist or is outside the scope of the user's permissions. This is most often a result of a typo (requesting a column or table name that is spelled wrong). In the case of Cart32 this is most frequent when the Cart32 database is not properly updated.
Cart32 can update it's functionality by simply updating a couple of executable files. However, some new features require updates to the database schema. If no update to the database schema has been done, then any function in Cart32 that uses this missing table/column will cause this error.
The solution is simple, run verify Databases in Cart32. An article explaining how to do this can be found here.
