Not Receiving Email Order Confirmations

If you are having issues with receiving order confirmations via email please check two things.
1) Cart Admin then Settings >> Email and then the Email Server Settings Tab. Make sure this is filled out correctly.
2) It is important to have a SPF record. If your dns is hosted by someone else or you are using a third party spam filtering tool you may need to add some includes.

include: _netblocks.cart32.com include:_netblocks.mimecast.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
