One of the most practical features for compiling data within the cart comes under the Reports category. Our customizable self generating reports provide data on customer information, sales, inventory, tax, and more. Below are explanations about what information each type of report can generate.
The customer list report separates customers by registered or non-registered users and includes the customer’s name, company, address, city, state, zip, country, phone number, fax, and e-mail. You can choose whether or not to display each column of customer data before you generate the report.
The sales report shows sales totals for a given time frame based on certain factors. The report is generated by selecting a date range, how you want the data grouped (by day, week, month, quarter, year), approved or unapproved orders, filtered by billing or shipping state, and to show total or the subtotals.
Sales By Customer
Sales by customer allows you to see a summary or detailed look at how much each customer is spending with you for a given time range or all time. There are also options to display registered or non-registered users or all users.
The sales tax report shows total sales tax for a given time period grouped by quarter, month, week, or day, and also allows for all orders, approved, or unapproved orders to be included.
The order list report allows for a customized summary of specific orders you would like to search for. You can search by Order Number, Email, Last Name, Status, State, or Country. You can also specify a date ranger from which to return data.
The lost sales report shows when customers have added something to the cart but did not actually check out. You can generate this report for all time or for a specific time period. You also have the option to delete all lost sales for all time or a given date range.
The inventory report generates a list of all your products and their quantities remaining based on the product database that you have set up. You also have the option to display all items where Qty On Hand is less than or equal to the re-order point, which allows for easy replenishment. For this feature to work you will need to Use Inventory Management within the cart. To do this, go to Store and Pages -> Classic Products -> Setup Product Link. You will need to select a product table to use, and once selected you will need to make sure “Use Inventory Management” is checked.
