Real time credit card processing is only available in the Cart32 Enterprise Edition. If you have Cart32 hosting, you have the Enterprise Edition. Your cart administrator will also need to download the ICSAccess.cpp file if your Cart32 admin does not currently have it. See step 2 below to see if your Cart32 currently has ICS Access available.

To setup ICS Access in Cart32, follow these instructions.

1. Go to the Cart32 web admin.

2. On the Enterprise tab, select the Real Time Card Processing tab.
  • Check Use Real Time Credit Card Processing.

  • Select the ICS Access from the Auth Name drop down list and wait for the page to reload.

  • Fill in the required fields with the information provided by ICS Access (userid, storeid)

  • Select the Type. (NA - authorization and settlement, AO - authorization only)

  • URL For live transactions, please use the default For test transactions, please use

  • Click Save.

Additional Steps:
1. It is recommended you use the CVV2 field for transactions. For instructions on how to setup CVV2, please see this article.

2. ICS Access requires a referring IP be entered into the ICS Accesss settings. This IP is the IP of your Cart32 address. Please contact ICS Access for instructions on how to enter this information.

To test the settings, we recommend you place a test order through the cart. You can use Visa, card number 4111 1111 1111 1111, and any expiration date beyond today's date. This card number will be approved in test mode, but declined as a live transaction.

ICS Access will return an error code if there's an error. This can be checked when you view the order details under the Orders tab. The cart administrator can also check the log file for the appropriate processor if there is an error.
